Sounds too good to be true, right? Actually, it IS true! Over the years studies have been done to see exactly what causes our bodies to age, and what we can do to prevent it. Personally, I have found that on nearly 100% of the studies have found that the #1 cause of premature aging is stress! While this might not seem like a good thing, in reality it is one of the best findings ever. Why?
